Do you export internationally and what are your shipping terms?
Yes, we are a licensed exporter shipping to the USA, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. We offer flexible terms including Ex-Works (EXW), FOB (Mundra/Pipavav ports), and CIF. We handle necessary export documentation for smooth customs clearance.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard white cutlery, the MOQ is 1 carton (1,000 units). For Private Label (Custom Branded) orders, we require a minimum of 50,000 units per SKU to ensure the most competitive manufacturing price.
Can I request a physical sample kit before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage wholesalers to test our quality and offer a complimentary sample kit for qualified businesses (Distributors, QSRs, and HORECA). To request one, please fill out the contact form with your corporate email.
What is your standard production lead time?
We pride ourselves on speed. Standard stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours. For custom-branded or large container loads, the typical production lead time is 15-20 days from artwork approval.
Are you a trader or a direct manufacturer?
We are a Direct Manufacturer. Our factory is located in Rajkot, Gujarat. Buying directly from us eliminates middleman margins and gives you direct control over quality and customization.
